You can access Darrell Beschen’s presentation from Panel 1 on Green Job Opportunities about the U.S. Department of Energy Clean Energy Corps (CEC) — downloadable here — which provides a helpful primer on the CEC along with the links to the application portals for that program and to the USAJOBS website.  His presentation also includes pertinent information on new Federal legislation paired to climate action and good jobs via the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.

Build Back Circular & Women in the Energy Transition

In March, Leaders in Energy together with the Association of Energy Engineers National Capital Chapter held the much-awaited 7th Annual Clean Energy & Sustainability Extravaganza. The exciting virtual event was made possible thanks to generous sponsor support and featured two panels: ‘Opportunities for Women in the Energy Transition and the New Administration’ (AEE NCC – Council on Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership – CWEEL); and a second panel on ‘Building Back Circular’.
