Get tips on careers, meet speakers, and see demos of real-world solutions Friday February 23rd, 11 am – 8 pm, at the Stamp Student Union, University of Maryland, College Park.

This event will bring together the university and business communities in cleantech. Participants will learn about research and ventures from numerous University of Maryland departments and businesses, including startups. They will also hear from women leaders who will be providing their perspectives regarding the industry in addition to career advice and tips.

The Extravaganza has three great events – attend one, two, or all three!

  • Luncheon/Panel from 11:00 am – 1:45 pm: AEE NCC and AEE-Baltimore Council on Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) Luncheon Panel on “Career Perspectives in Cleantech from Women Leaders”
  • Showcase and Exhibits from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm: University departments and businesses specializing in clean energy, sustainability, cleantech innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • Reception from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm sponsored by Lockheed Martin
