Leaders in Energy is always looking to feature new authors and we’d love to have you write for us!

We are happy to review articles that are related to our core goals of clean energy, environment, and sustainability.

Articles should be short (between 600 – 1200 words) and informal or journalistic in style, with clear and concise language. Leaders in Energy has a diverse community with members and readers of all ages and backgrounds, so please try to avoid jargon or use of overly technical terms. References or citations should be embedded directly in the text as hyperlinks.

Potential topics can be related to:

  • Current events or developments related to clean energy and sustainability
  • Green living tips
  • New and emerging technologies in environment and energy
  • Recap articles of Leaders in Energy and partner events
  • Interviews with leaders and changemakers in the field of environmental sustainability and energy

Submitted articles should include a short and punchy title. Subheadings can help break up large portions of text.  Please also include a brief bio blurb and a headshot to include at the bottom of the article. We are happy to include links to social media or websites in the bio blurb.

Have a draft ready or a topic you’d like to write about? Feel free to reach out to Dr. Miriam Aczel (maczel@leadersinenergy.org) with a proposed topic or article draft (preferably in a Word document).

Not sure what to write? Please be sure to check out our blog page (https://leadersinenergy.org/blog/) which is updated frequently with new articles.
