The theme of our meeting will be “upcycling.” We will also be “upcycling” our own working group ideas in a new monthly session, where we workshop and improve ideas generated in a previous month’s meetings. This month we will be upcycling ideas around beer brewing and distribution and the potential of partnering with a local brewery for an upcoming meeting.
When: Wednesday, February 27th, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Where: 1200 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20002 (the corner of 1st and M Streets, NE). Conference room 709.
Visitors are required to check-in and show ID to the lobby attendant. DOEE occupies the 5th, 6th and 7th floor. Those floors are locked and require badge access. A staff member will escort attendees from the front desk every few minutes at the start of the meeting and then upon request.
TRANSPORTATION: The DC Department of Energy and Environment is located just 1 block west of the NoMa/Gallaudet Metro Station. There is a Capital Bikeshare station, bike racks, street parking, and parking garages on the same block.
